Howl-O-Ween at Mission Bay!
Mission Bay Parks Annual Halloween themed event for dogs and their human companions. Dogs in costume will \\\\\\\'work it\\\\\\\' in a model walk. Local vendors participate and help sponsor the event.
Bring your favorite four legged friend in costume and try your luck at winning raffle prizes worth up to $200!
