These outdoor events are high-energy cardio dance workouts that are so much fun you don’t realize how hard you are working.
Each class will help you gain confidence in your physical ability while DANCING IT OUT to improve your strength and fitness.

Every TLFit Cardio Dance Class incorporates a wide variety of music and dance styles. We strive to make the classes interesting and unique for everyone.
